Director
With extensive experience in property lettings and management, whilst also being a Private Landlord herself in Consett & Stanley, she understands first hand that your home or investment is extremely important to you. With knowledge & expertise of private rental properties, we can assist you to manage anything from maintenance, refurbishments to bookkeeping and legal compliance!
Property Manager
Our Property Manager oversees Lettings management and maintenance and are professional, reliable and great judges of character. Often the first point of contact for clients, he manages the the initial visit to the rental property (with or without the client) and works with Private Landlords to offer a bespoke service requested and ensure their needs are being met.
Lettings Manager
Our Lettings Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the lettings files. She holds responsibility for ensuring maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner, and any inventory and property inspections are booked and reports are completed quickly. Their skillset includes photography, IT, administration and lots of patience.
Maintenance
We have a number of outsourced contracts for Maintenance, Energy Performance, Gas and Electric Engineers. We can arrange for Gas Safe Engineers & Electrical Engineers to carry out inspections and issue necessary certificates to keep up with legislation on your lettings in Consett. We obtain and file their public liability insurances and check works are completed satisfactorily and tenant is happy with the outcome.
Our guys work independently, provide us with great rates to pass on to our Clients and cover Sunderland, Newcastle Upon Tyne and Durham areas.
